What we count on you for:

• Automating tasks related to the development, release management, and operation of business applications
• Automating software development processes, improving code quality, supporting development teams
• Developing, troubleshooting, and improving monitoring systems
• Operating and troubleshooting existing systems
• Creating and maintaining deployment guides and documentation on deployment steps
• Promoting efficient collaboration between development and operations

What we ask for:

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps / application operation / infrastructure operation
• Experience with deploying and operating DevOps technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, Talos, OpenShift
• Intermediate English language skills
• Knowledge of microservice architectures
• Advanced knowledge of Docker or other container technologies
• Strong Linux OS skills (shell scripting)
• Database knowledge: Oracle / MSSQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL (Elasticsearch, Redis, Hazelcast)
• Experience implementing and operating CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar
• Knowledge of at least one messaging system: Apache Kafka / RabbitMQ / ActiveMQ / IBM MQ
• Familiarity with the following tools (not all required): Helm, Kustomize, OpenAPI, Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD, NGiNX, MetalLB, k9, Bitbucket, GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, Linkerd, Istio, Fluentd, Grafana, Prometheus, Zipkin, Jaeger, Vault, Sonar
• Analytical and design skills, system thinking
• Self-development and eagerness to learn
• Proactive, flexible attitude, openness
• Team player personality

Advantageous:

• CNCF certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
• Experience in fintech system development
• Knowledge of Java, Python, Go programming languages
• Security experience, knowledge of HSM modules
• Agile methodology, Scrum, and configuration management knowledge
