What we ask for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in the IT field
- Higher education (economics and/or IT)
- Practical experience creating process diagrams and architecture plans (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience in interface design (e.g., message mapping, creating interface specifications)
- Knowledge of XML and JSON message structures
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP API technologies
- Confident user-level IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional English language skills
- Analytical mindset with strong documentation skills
- Customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence)
