- Identifying and understanding client needs, specifying development tasks / writing user stories
- Communicating business requirements to development teams
- Preparing business documentation, process diagrams, and specifications for projects
- Maintaining communication with clients
- Preparing and delivering presentations
- Conducting demos for clients of the completed solutions
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and users
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (development, testing, project management, sales)
What we ask for:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in the energy sector
- Higher education (in economics and/or IT)
- Experience in preparing specifications, process diagrams, and user stories
- Experience in interface design (e.g. message mapping, creating interface specifications)
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Confident computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong documentation skills, ability to create client documentation
- Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Kafka, MQ
- Experience with testing tools (e.g. SoapUI, JMeter, Postman)
- Previous experience in the energy sector
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and test support tools
- Understanding of agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, project and release management
- SQL knowledge
